Our customized INFERNO  units are state of the art in Truck Mount cleaning equipment.  The INFERNO is made right here in Houston, Texas by AMTEX EQUIPMENT, the emerging leader in Truck Mount manufacturing.   Each of Supreme Air's units are upgraded by AMTEX to include a 30 horsepower Kohler engine and a DRESSER Roots 47 Universal Rotary positive blower. Timing gears control the relative position of the impellers in the blower to each other and maintain small but definite clearances so they never collide.  This allows operation without lubrication being required inside the cast iron casing.  The HYPRO pump runs at 2500 PSI and the stainless steel tank holds 85 gallons.  The units are dual wand and they include a sophisticated system of gauges to monitor the pressure up to 4000 PSI, a vacuum, chemical flow meter, an hour meter and a temperature gauge.  There is a dual-stage heat exchanger with auto-divert system and an emergency shutoff system with a 285-degree limit, water inlet, low oil pressure and waste tank full sensors.  Also included in each unit is a 300 foot vacuum hose and the unit has its own gasoline power supply.  These machines provide amazing cleaning power and are true classics built to last.

For insulation, we use Krendl machines. Krendl Machine Company  has been in business for over 50 years.  Their insulation equipment is built to last with the most innovative design, quality and reliability in the industry.

Our special Air Duct Cameras are a Supreme Air exclusive.  The cameras feature wireless connectivity and a 420 TV line resolution.  Each has a 9 inch dedicated monitor and battery supply.  A remote microphone is included so that we can communicate while you view the interior of your air ducts before and after cleaning.
   

Our Dylos DC1100 Professional Air Quality Monitor  laser technology and is to
measure indoor air quality.   The monitor detects airborne particles including dust, mold, pollen, bacteria, tobacco smoke, pet dander, dust mite debris and more.  The monitor provides an accurate count of these particles in the air as small as .5 micron in diameter.
